Description of activities:
In order to stimulate the creative activity of the students, a new building for arts - Art Center was built with a total area of 4035.38 m2.
The art center is a two-storey building with an intermediate level and a basement, equipped with the latest technologies for sound, audio-visual arts and multimedia presentations.
The main core of the building is a multifunctional theater hall for training, performances, conferences. It is equipped with 328 seats on the first level and 26 seats on balconies - a total of 354 seats. It has all the necessary service premises, such as control booths, workshop for decors with direct access to the hall, equipment room, sound and light insulation vestibules.
At elevation ± 0.00, there is a Black Box Hall with up to 108 seats in movable stands, a choir room, an orchestra room, 3 sound and light insulation vestibules, as well as 2 rehearsal rooms.
At elevation +6.20 were built art halls for digital arts, video production, as well as a conference room.
At the intermediate level of elevation +3.10, there is a technical room, a material warehouse and a control cabin for the theater, type "Black box", and in the basement there are premises, warehouses and technical premises.
The building is made of monolithic reinforced concrete structure and mixed roof construction - metal and reinforced concrete. The supporting walls are made of reinforced concrete skeletal structure and brickwork, the partition walls are of gypsum cardboard.
Navigation on the floors of the building is via an elevator, with a cabin, sized for wheelchairs and for theatrical scenery. The showroom has convenient access to both levels for wheelchairs for disabled people. On the second level there is a ramp for going directly out.
There are facilities for the disabled, both at the visitor's toilet and at the administrative center of the Art Center.
The facade surfaces are thermally insulated and are treated with plaster, wooden and stone cladding. The glazing has PVC windows.
Block H - total area 868,46 sq.m
The new unit H is an extension to the existing Unit G to increase the number of classrooms for approximately 230 primary and secondary school students. The extension is on two levels.
Extension of Block D - total area 506,00 sq.m
The extension of Block D is intended to increase classrooms for elementary school children. The extension is on two levels.
A security building and an ancillary building designed to rest drivers serving the school have been built.
The facade surfaces are thermally insulated and treated with plaster and stone lining for plinth.
A new car park has been built with 166 parking spaces. Disabled parking spaces are envisaged and the accessibility requirements for disabled persons are met. There are no stairs on the way from the parking lots to the individual blocks.
Complete landscaping of the property has been completed and part of the existing green areas around the existing buildings and the parking area have been reconstructed. The whole territory is planted with permanent high and shrubby vegetation.
LEED Gold Certificate Expected - International Energy Efficiency Certificate - The Art Center will be the first professional audiovisual building in Bulgaria with a LEED Gold Certificate.

Description of activities:

The project represents an outstanding example of creating a unique school building and for sustainable “green” construction enhances nature.
The project consists of a main building - a library, classrooms, laboratories, support facilities; checkpoint; building for the rest of the drivers; lake for discharge of rain waters; artificial swamp for treatment of wastewater for domestic use; parking; sport pitches and a modern gym; landscaping; green roofs; photovoltaic and solar panels for electricity production and hot water for domestic use; complete renovation of the existing kitchen and dining room.
Some of the most notable features of the project include:
Using a high percentage of recycled materials in construction;
Over 50 % of the wood used is from sustainably managed forests;
Over 20% percent of the materials are of local origin (radius 800 km);
When construction is achieved and high recycling rates – around 65 % of materials are diverted to reuse;
Water -based strategy of the natural water cycle, which comprises:

Description of activities:
Design and turn-key construction works to 2 levels school building and local waste water treatment plant – 250 p.e., and artificial lake. The built-up area of the building is 9,196 m2.
The building was awarded with the prize “Building of the year 2006”. In 2010 the Bulgarian Chamber of Architects ranked the Anglo-American school as the most sustainable building in Bulgaria. The AAS has been invited by the Chamber and represented with dignity Bulgaria at the European exhibit of most sustainable buildings at Brussels.
The award was granted as a prize at the first competition for sustainable architecture initiated by the Chamber of Architects in connection with the celebration of the twentieth anniversary of the establishment of the Council of Architects in Europe.
In December 2006 the existing building of the AAS was awarded by the civil engineering branch as “The most ecological building of the year”.

The biggest kindergarten built in 2013 in Sofia.Construction works on all parts - demolition of existing buildings, displacement of underground lines and facilities, structural and architectural work, and heat supply substation, electrical work, fire alarm, security, CCTV, telephone, intercom installation, TV installation, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, supply and installation of elevators, public works and park arrangement, construction of playgrounds.The building is on two levels and is functionally divided into main areas - children's groups, administrative block, Sports and music hall.
Each of the children's groups has a study, bedroom, closet, bathroom, office and private balcony. There is also a toilet for disadvantaged children. Administrative unit comprises: two methodical office, doctor's office with room for insulation, wardrobe staff, toilet and shower.

Construction and installation works to build two-storey extension with basement to the existing building were carried out. The new building is foreseen for 3 groups of kindergarten. The existing and the new part of the kindergarten are connected by „passage”. Sport hall music is constructed. The bedrooms and study-halls are with area 100 m2.
Newly built extension is in conformity with the requirements for construction of accessible environment.
5 playgrounds and sport pitch are built – 324 m2.

Executed construction and installation works at parts: Architecture, Structures, Geodesy, W&S, HVAC, Electrical, Technology, Landscaping, Energy Efficiency, Fire Safety, Construction Waste Management Plan. Peculiarity of the construction is the work with materials containing asbestos. For this purpose a permit has been taken from RIPCPH, the respective trainings and measurements of the environmental parameters were carried out during the work. The results of the examination show that there is no environmental pollution during and after completion of the work.
