Description of activities:

This is the biggest air traffic control center at the Balkan Peninsula. It is a project of national and international significance and has been financed by the European Investment Bank. The building has been designed to sustain to seismic activity of IXth degree of MSK and due to its uniqueness it is with higher level of anti-seismic security.

Built-up area 36,000 m².

Performed excavation and earth works - 150 000 m³, formwork, specialized hydro insulations including: underground acid-resistant hydro insulations – area 20 000 m², completed with Polyelast – manufacturer Borner, Germany. Before laying the hydro insulation coat Bokoplast is laid and afterwards the two-layer insulation Polyelast is installed using multi-head gas burners, each layer 5 mm thick; roof hydro insulations Polyelast – manufacturer Borner, Germany, each layer 5 mm thick, under which the thermal insulation by mineral wool is installed  – area approximately 10 000 m², reinforcement - 1 793 t, concrete works - 22 000 m³; water supply, sewerage and drainage; supply, manufacture, install, lay anti-corrosion and fire protection to steel structure - 2400 t.

The project has been completed for 13 months.

Sofia Airport Center is the first trade project in Bulgaria with the international certificate for quality LEED.

During the construction of Sofia Airport Center are used materials environmentally friendly, most modern technology to reduce operating costs by up to 30% and provide a comfortable and healthy environment for employees.
The business park characterizes with maintenance of 5,000 sq wide green areas, winter gardens and water features, as well as a central lake with seating and walk, which provide a nice place to relax of the employees.

Reconstruction of a family house to a office building. Works performed include: structure, architecture, water supply and sewerage, electrical, pavements.

Description of activities:

Construction of new office building and service-store area. Hydro insulation is laid on the walls, bottom and cover slab of the rain water shaft – Cerezit – area 200 m².

Description of activities:

Repair of fault mechanical and electrical equipment and installations at the building.

Works performed include: power supply, electrical equipment, HVAC, fire dampers, fire alarm, BMS, fire protection of various transitions, water supply and sewerage, fire extinguishing, as-built documents and drawings.

Reconstruction of level 4 of TZUM building, Sofia. 

Built-up area: 4,000 m². Works performed include: steel structures, finishing works to floors, walls, ceilings, fire resistant doors, fire protection, power supply, lighting and fire alarm installations, water supply and sewerage, fire extinguishing, ventilation and air-conditioning.

Roof of TZUM 

Design, procure and construction – total replacement – 4,400 m². Layer-by-layer temporary water proofing, steel structure, Z-profiles, permanent water proofing have been installed.

Finishing works to office units on levels 5 and 6 at TZUM building for the needs of на “Balkanfarma”. 

Built-up area 2,935 m².  Finishing works performed include works to floors, walls, ceilings, electrical, ventilation and air-conditioning, water supply and sewerage, fire extinguishing, fire alarm, fire protection.  Employer: Balkanfarma AD.

Finishing works to office units on level 6 at TZUM building for the needs of Motorola.

Built-up area 600 m². Finishing works to floor, ceilings and walls; electrical works, BMS, ventilatin and air-conditioning, fire alarm and fire protection.

Description of activities:

Performed construction works: dismounting, reconstructure and repair of main working and service rooms. Total renovation of the elevations including replacement of the existing outside windows with windows of PVC five-chamber framing and glass panels; thermal insulation using extruded penopolystyrol with thickness of 7 cm. Built-up area 7,900 m2.
