It consists of two two-storey buildings, partially connected to each other by means of second floor terraces, and four uniform single-storey kiosks, each of the kiosks containing 8 units. The open terrace with area of 360 m2 and timber flooring connects the two trade buildings and represents recreation area.

Retail gallery is formed which gathers retail, fast-food and services areas, a pharmacy, a bank office and 19 shops. A passaged is built between the two-storey buildings.
